This page explains how deposits, cancellations and refunds are handled when you purchase a home from Mobile Homes Dealership.

We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This policy sets out, in plain language, how refunds and cancellations work. Because every order is different, please confirm the exact terms that apply to your purchase in your written sales agreement.
A deposit may be required to reserve a home or to begin a custom order. Your deposit holds the home and starts the paperwork. The amount and terms of your deposit will be stated clearly in your sales agreement before you pay anything.
If you cancel an order before your home has been built or delivered, you may be entitled to a refund of your deposit, less any costs we have already incurred on your behalf. These costs can include site preparation, custom ordering or third party fees.
Homes that are custom built or specially ordered to your specifications may be non refundable once production has started, since they are made to order. We will always tell you when an order reaches this stage so there are no surprises.
Once a home has been delivered and set up, it is considered accepted. If you believe there is a defect or an issue with your home, contact us right away. Many issues are covered by the manufacturer warranty, and we will help you make a claim where one applies.
To request a refund or cancel an order, contact our team by phone or email with your name, order details and the reason for your request. We will review it promptly and explain the next steps.
If anything here is unclear, we are happy to talk it through. Reach us at (645) 224-2382 or sales@mobilehomesdealership.com.
